Taste of Country Music Festival is produced by Townsquare Media and is the only multi-day camping country music festival in the Northeast. The festival features top acts in country music. The Taste of Country Festival also includes a wide range of food, drinks and attractions for the country music fan and is one of the top country music events in the U.S.

Mountain Jam
June 13-16
Bethel Woods Center For the Arts – Bethel, NY
The buzz about this secret set started to spread throughout the crowd inside the lodge, just downstairs from the loft, but no one knew exactly who was going to play and where. Suddenly, some stage crew started carrying in instruments and brought them up to the radio booth, followed by four gentlemen who make up the originally scheduled closing band, the Avett Brothers. The indie-folk quartet played a four-song set over the airwaves and over the station’s PA system.

Rockland Bergen Music Festival Canceled
June 22-23, 2019
The 6th annual Rockland Bergen Music Festival has been canceled due to ground conditions at German Masonic Park. The exorbitant amount of rain that fell this week rendered the park unable to sustain the two-day event. For 28 years the Great Blue Heron Music festival has been a magical celebration that brings music lovers from all over to join together as a loving and respectful community. The Heron provides a variety of grassroots,reggae, americana, psychedelic, and folk music as well as activities for the entire family to celebrate Independence Day weekend. Jim Faith, the man responsible, started Great South Bay Music Festival to create a Long Island music festival which would keep the spirit of music alive, positively change people’s lives, and create a space safe for people of all races and ethnicities to come together and celebrate different kinds of music. His goal is to inspire people to listen to new music as well turn younger folks onto legendary artists they might not have heard. The festival is not designed to be an over the top production, but rather a place to bring people together and get to the heart and soul of the community- which it certainly achieved.

Grassroots Festival of Music & Dance
July 18-21
Trumansburg, New York (Finger Lakes)
Danielle Ponder jumped off stage, ran up and down the created aisle, pulling people from the crowd to dance with her. It was an intimate experience you usually don’t get with a festival the size of Grassroots, reaching around 15,000 people. It’s not every day you get a musician like Ponder dancing just a few feet from you, tripping slightly on a backpack, losing her footing, and you get to reach out and help keep her on her feet.

Grey Fox is a welcomed mix of Grammy, AMA, and IBMA award winners, long-time fan favorites, exciting rising stars, and unique collaborations. Grey Fox is known for presenting the genre’s top artists, producer Mary Tyler Doub feels it’s as important to bring exciting up-and-coming young bands. Great American Irish Festival

Herkimer County Fairgrounds – Frankfort, NY
A great feature about the GAIF is its three distinct stages: one dedicated solely to local Celtic acts, another for traditional Irish instruments like the tin whistle, fiddle, bodhran and bagpipes. The third stage is dedicated to contemporary artists who employ Celtic sounds and modern rock elements.
