Phish will release a new digital box set on June 26 celebrating last summer’s incredible three-night run at Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC). Phish: Live In Saratoga Springs 2025 is a 55-song compilation of all three shows at the Broadview Stage at Saratoga Performing Arts Center, which closed out their 2025 Summer Tour.

Phish, who have played Saratoga Springs since 1990 at Aiko’s downtown and Skidmore College Gymnasium, the Vermont quartet first played SPAC in 1992 while opening for Santana, with their first headlining show in 1994. In synchronicity with the dates, the SPAC 2025 shows were their 25th, 26th, and 27th appearances there in what has become a homecoming for Phish and their fans, and this tour-closing soiree had a playful backyard barbecue vibe that fueled the weekend’s musical heights.

Each of the shows, held from July 25-27, 2025, are each uniquely stellar performances. Take a look at each setlist via Phish.net.

Set 2: Set Your Soul Free > Chalk Dust Torture -> Beneath a Sea of Stars Part 1 -> Piper > Everything’s Right

The July 25th show served as an introduction as the band and crowd settled into the State Park. “Bathtub Gin” stretched over 20 minutes and got the place warmed up, followed by the first “Devotion To A Dream” in nearly a decade, and a hot “Birds Of A Feather” and “Hey Stranger.” Set II was a five-song set with patient jamming in “Set Your Soul Free” > “Chalkdust Torture” > “Beneath A Sea Of Stars Part 1” > “Piper” > “Everything’s Right”. Chalk Dust in particular covered a lot of ground in its nearly half-hour duration.

Night two began with “Martian Monster” and “2001” > “Mike’s Song” > “Wading In The Velvet Sea” > “Weekapaug Groove,” marking Wading’s second-ever appearance within the Mike’s Groove suite. A somewhat expanded “My Friend, My Friend” > “No Men In No Man’s Land” rounded out the first set, setting the tone for set two’s “Oblivion” > “Down With Disease” combining for 45+ minutes, likely making for a compelling Maxell XL-II tape side back in the day. “Life Saving Gun” > “Waste” > “Fluffhead” showcased some creative improvisation and diverse composition to bring Saturday night to a close.
Sunday, July 27
Set 1: Buried Alive > Tweezer Reprise > Reba[1] -> Tweezer Reprise > Funky Bitch, Roses Are Free -> Tweezer Reprise > 46 Days, About to Run, Split Open and Melt[2] -> Tweezer Reprise

[2] Unfinished.
The band started the Sunday, July 27th tour closer with a breakthrough soundcheck jam that was included as filler on the release. The Sunday show opened with “Buried Alive” > “Tweezer Reprise” > “Reba” and then continued back into “Tweezer Reprise” > “Funky Bitch” with “Roses Are Free” > “Tweezer Reprise” > “46 Days” sweetening the pot with deep improvisation imbued within the entire show. “Split Open And Melt” > “Tweezer Reprise” closed a remarkable set and left the place buzzing with anticipation. Set II continued the heavy jamming with an extended “Kill Devil Falls,” a fifth “Tweeprise,” “You Enjoy Myself” > “Tweezer Reprise” sticking the landing to close the show, followed by the first ever known encore of “Tweezer” giving the reversed setlist closure – plus a “Harry Hood” to follow.
The ‘Live in Saratoga Springs 2025’ box set captures an electric three nights of top-shelf Phish at an adopted hometown venue, recorded by Vance Powell to multitrack, mixed by Jon Altschiller, and mastered by Fred Kevorkian.
