As it embarks on its 59th season, the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) continues its tradition of bringing world-class music and performing arts to the Capital Region, with an exciting lineup set for the 2025 season.

For over 50 years, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, in the heart of the glorious Spa State Park in Saratoga Springs, has been the summer home of the New York City Ballet and The Philadelphia Orchestra, and the location of more than a thousand performances of best-in-class artists across all genres.
As it moves into its next 50 years, SPAC embraces its role as a steward of its place in the natural world and the transformative power of beauty in human lives. SPAC works to harness that power from both man-made and natural sources to forge deep connections from person to person and person to planet through a future that embraces an ever-expanding definition of the Arts including performing arts, visual arts, literary arts, culinary arts, healing arts and beyond.
Alfredo Rodriguez Trio – April 05, 7:00 PM
SPAC will host a celebration of Cuban and Latin rhythms led by the passionate and electrifying Alfredo Rodriguez and his dynamic trio. Rodriguez creates a fusion of Latin, pop, timba, jazz, tango, and funk that will transport you straight to the heart of Havana. His collective music chops will leave you breathless and exhilarated as you dance the night away to music that is sinuous, seductive, and utterly irresistible.

This program is part of the McCormack Jazz Series, a new annual jazz-centric programming series at Spa Little Theater in honor of “Saratoga’s Champion of Jazz,” Don McCormack, and his family. Learn more here.
Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center – Tchaikovsky’s “Souvenir de Florence” – April 26, 3:00 PM
SPAC will host the incredible talent of Chamber Music Society musicians led by Artistic Director, David Finckel as they close Chamber Music Society’s 2024/2025 year-round season at SPAC. The sextet lies at the center of this program, anchored by Tchaikovsky’s lush and exuberant “Souvenir de Florence”. Additional works by Bach and Strauss showcase the versatility of the six-piece ensemble while two string trios by Haydn and Schubert offer listeners an exhilarating detour from the full ensemble.

Veronica Swift – May 01, 7:00 PM
Veronica Swift will make a stop at SPAC following her album. On her previous albums, Confessions (2019) and This Bitter Earth (2021), she ascended to the upper echelon of early 21st-century jazz singers because of her virtuosic brilliance, interpretive ingenuity, bracing songwriting, and keen arrangements. Swift is considered not only one of the most dazzling singers to merge in her generation but also one of the most versatile. Her performance will close the McCormack Jazz Series 2024-2025 season with her “transgenre” music concept that weaves between classic jazz, rock, funk, and even vaudeville accentuated by her signature stage presence.

Matt Rife: Stay Golden Tour – May 18, 8:00 PM
Matt Rife will make a stop at SPAC on his Stay Golden Tour. Matt Rife is an American comedian and actor. He is best known for his self-produced comedy specials Only Fans (2021), Matthew Steven Rife (2023) and Walking Red Flag (2023), his 2023 Netflix special Natural Selection and Lucid, as well as his previous recurring role on the sketch improv comedy and rap show Wild n’ Out.

Breaking Benjamin and Staind with special guests Wage War and Lakeview: Awaken the Fallen Tour – May 23, 5:45 PM
Breaking Benjamin and Staind will take a stop at SPAC with special guest Wage War and Lakeview for the Awaken the Fallen Tour. Staind will be out in continued support of their 2023 comeback album, Confessions of the Fallen. Meanwhile, it appears a new album is in store for Breaking Benjamin at some point next year after the arrival of the new single “Awaken” back in October. And as for the special guests, Wage War are touting STIGMA, which came out in June, while Lakeview’s self-titled debut album was released in mid-September.

Jason Aldean with special guests Nate Smith, Raelynn, and Dee Jay Silver: Full Throttle Tour – May 25, 7:30 PM
Country music superstar Jason Aldean will make a stop at SPAC while on his Full Throlles Tour. Jason Aldean who hails from Macon, Georgia. Following Aldean’s 2005 self-titled debut album, he broke through with 2009’s Wide Open and its two triple-platinum singes, “She’s Country” and “Big Green Tractor.” He ascended to mainstream success with 2010’s quadruple-platinum My Kinda Party, which is home to his career-highest single “Dirt Road Anthem.” Upon releasing Night Train in 2012, Aldean kicked off a four-album streak atop the Billboard 200 chart that ran through 2018’s Rearview Town. Aldean has continued to lead by example into the next decade with his ambitious two-part tenth album Macon, Georgia (2022) and Highway Desperado (2023).

Coheed and Cambria & Mastodon with special guests Periphery: The Infinite Arc Tour – May 26, 7:00 PM
Coheed and Cambria & Mastodon will make a stop at SPAC on The Infinite Arc Tour. Coheed and Cambria are touring for their brand new album The Father of Make Believe. This year, Mastodon celebrated the 15th anniversary of Crack the Skye with a deluxe box set reissue, marking 20 years of Leviathan with special full album performances, and released a new track dubbed “Floods of Triton”.

Avril Lavigne with special guests Simple Plan and We The Kings: Greatest Hits Tour – May 27, 7:00 PM
Avril Lavigne has been on a trip down memory lane this year on tour supporting her new Greatest Hits album, and she’s announced a new run of shows for 2025, including a stop at SPAC. Simple Plan, who she played with on her very first tour as well as this year’s dates, will also open most of the 2025 shows. The Greatest Hits Tour will see Avril perform her biggest songs, including the RIAA 3x platinum-certified “Complicated,” the 2x platinum-certified “Sk8er Boi,” the 2x platinum-certified “Girlfriend,” the platinum-certified “Here’s To Never Growing Up,” and many more from her record-breaking catalog.

Summer SPACtacular: 3rd Annual SPAC Summer Season Kickoff Fundraiser – May 30, 5:00 PM
With three unique experiences to choose from, new chefs and a redesigned dinner menu, the return of SPACtacular favorites like fireworks and an epic dance party on the stage, and an exciting raffle, this year’s Summer SPACtacular promises to be the best yet. Vampire Weekend with special guest Geese: ‘Only God Was Above Us’ Tour Part 2 – June 04, 7:00 PM
Two-time Grammy-winning alternative rock band Vampire Weekend will visit SPAC during their ‘Only God Was Above Us’ Tour Part 2. Emerging from the mid-aughts indie rock scene in New York City out of Columbia University, Vampire Weekend released their self-titled debut to immediate critical and commercial success in 2008. Vampire Weekend released their fifth studio album Only God Was Above Us in April 2024, marking their fifth consecutive album to debut in the Top 40 on the Billboard 200. The group celebrated the release of their fifth album with a major North American tour in 2024, which saw the band play arenas around the country – including two hometown shows at New York City’s Madison Square Garden.

Glass Animals with special guest Sofia Isella: Tour of Earth – June 07, 8:00 PM
Glass Animals are an alternative rock band from Oxford, England. Formed in 2010, the British act’s lineup includes frontman Dave Bayley, guitarist Drew MacFarlane, bassist Edmund Irwin-Singer, and drummer Joe Seaward. Glass Animals’ debut album, Zaba, was released in 2014 followed by their sophomore set, How to Be a Human Being, in 2016. In 2014, Glass Animals embarked on their massive world tour, headed to SPAC in June.

Thomas Rhett with special guests Tucker Wetmore and The Castellows: Better In Boots Tour – June 12, 7:30 PM
Multi-platinum entertainer Thomas Rhett announces that he’ll be hitting the road in 2025 with his Better In Boots Tour, Fueled By Marathon. Thomas Rhett will bring his tour to 30 cities, including a stop at Broadview Stage at SPAC. Pairing his laid-back perspective with a vocal drenched in casual country soul, Thomas Rhett has spent just over 10 years gathering 22 Number Ones, 16 billion streams and armfuls of awards–eight ACM Awards including 2020 “Entertainer of the Year.”

Mumford & Songs with support from Gigi Perez – June 21, 7:00 PM
Mumford & Sons will perform at SPAC this June. Through four albums, Mumford & Sons have accumulated various awards for their work, notably two BRIT Awards, two Grammy Awards (including the prestigious Album of the Year), multiple chart-topping, multi-platinum album successes right across the globe, a string of festival headlining performances (including Glastonbury), and selling out arenas tour after tour.

Saratoga Jazz Festival Presented by GE Vernova – June 28, 11:00 AM & June 29, 11:45 AM
The 48th Annual Saratoga Jazz Festival will return to SPAC in 2025 on its traditional weekend, Saturday, June 28, and Sunday, June 29. It will be two days, two stages, and 22 electrifying artists from jazz to roots, funk, blues, pop, indie, and beyond. GE Vernova is the new lead sponsor for 2025. Tickets go on sale to the public on January 24. On Saturday, gates open at 10:30 AM. Performances begin at 11 AM on the Charles R. Wood Discovery Stage. Amphitheater performances start at 12 PM. Notable performers for the Saturday lineup include Gary Clark Jr., Gregory Porter, Lettuce Veronica Swift, Artemis, Nicole Zuraitis, Keyong Harrold, and Julius Rodriguez.

On Sunday, gates open at 10:30 AM. Performances begin at 11:45 AM on the Charles R. Wood Discovery Stage. Amphitheater performances begin at 12:30 PM. Notable performers for the Sunday lineup include Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, Cory Wong, Cassandra Wilson, Gary Bartz, Bria Skonberg Quintet, Brandee Younger Trio, and La Excelencia.

The Lumineers with special guest Hippo Campus: The Automatic World Tour – July 03, 7:30 PM
The Lumineers and special guest Hippo Campus shall perform on the Broadview Stage at SPAC for The Automatic World Tour. Founded in 2005 by Wesley Schultz (lead vocals, guitar) and Jeremiah Fraites (drums, percussion, piano), The Lumineers have risen to become one of the most successful and influential bands of their generation, blending alternative rock, Americana, and heartfelt storytelling. The band released their fifth album Automatic in February 2025, ahead of a stadium world tour.

New York City Ballet: Coppélia – July 09, 7:30, July 10, 7:30 PM, July 11, 7:30 PM, July 12, 2:00 PM
One of the greatest comic ballets of the 19th Century, Coppélia has remained one of the best-loved classical works in the ballet repertory. The three-act ballet features a lush, melodic score by Delibes, a fairy-tale set and extensive ensemble dances. In Coppélia, a young man named Frantz becomes infatuated with a life-like doll named Coppélia, created by the eccentric toymaker Dr. Coppélius. Frantz’ fiancée, Swanilda, discovers the truth and cleverly tricks Dr. Coppélius into believing she is Coppélia, ultimately exposing the deception and reuniting with Frantz in a joyful celebration of their love. The lavish production features scenery and costumes by Rouben Ter-Arutunian, additional costumes by Karinska, and lighting by Mark Stanley. Featuring a large cast of children from the Capital Region, Coppélia was commissioned by SPAC and held its world premiere in Saratoga in 1974.

New York City Ballet: Robbins, Balanchine & Peck – July 11, 2:00 PM, July 12, 7:30 PM
Embark on a journey that takes you from iconic classic ballets to the excitement and innovation of new choreography. This program opens with audience-favorite The Four Seasons by Robbins, followed by the signature Balanchine leotard ballet Stravinsky Violin Concerto. Closing the program is Mystic Familiar, an exhilarating SPAC premiere by Justin Peck and the creators of The Times Are Racing.

Rod Stewart with special guest Cheap Trick: One Last Time – July 15, 7:30 PM
Rob Stewart and Cheap Trick will come together one last time for a farewell, stopping at SPAC to share a marvelous performance. s signature voice, style and songwriting have transcended all genres of popular music, including rock, folk, soul, R&B, and the Great American Songbook, making him one of the few stars to enjoy chart-topping albums throughout every decade of his career. Stewart got his start as a solo artists in the early ’70s, achieving his first mainstream success with blues rock hit “Maggie May” from 1971’s Every Picture Tells a Story. In the late ’70s and early ’80s, the singer would adopt disco and new wave influences to much success, including the 1978 No. 1 Blondes Have More Fun and 1981’s Tonight I’m Yours, which featured the hit “Young Turks.” On tour, Stewart treats ticket buyers to rollicking sets of his greatest hits, proving that “Rod the Mod” still knows how to give one heck of a live concert.

“Weird Al” Yankovic with special guest Puddles Pity Party: Bigger & Weirder 2025 Tour – July 17, 8:00 PM
Weird Al brings his legendary full-production multimedia comedy rock show back to the SPAC concert stage with the BIGGER & WEIRDER 2025 Tour, playing his iconic hits as well as some never-performed live-before fan favorites. Al’s long-time band is joined by four additional players to create a super-sized concert experience. A 5-time Grammy Award winner, he is best known for his parodies of the biggest musical artists over the last 4 decades, including Madonna, Michael Jackson, Taylor Swift, Queen, U2 and Lady Gaga, all with their personal blessings. His many hits include “Amish Paradise,” “Eat It,” “Like a Surgeon,” “Smells Like Nirvana,” “Word Crimes,” and the platinum-selling “White & Nerdy.”

Dave Matthews Band: Summer Tour 2025 – July 18, 7:30 PM, July 19, 7:30 PM
Dave Matthews Band will perform for 2-days at SPAC in July. Dave Matthews Band has achieved remarkable success, selling a combined 38 million CDs and DVDs and more than 25 million tickets, making them the second-largest ticket seller in history. In 2024, the band reached a milestone with their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. They also concluded a series of three sold-out shows at Madison Square Garden, highlighted by the SOULSHINE MSG benefit during the penultimate performance. Joined by the Warren Haynes Band, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, and other special guests, the event raised $4.5 million for relief and recovery efforts in Western North Carolina and Florida following Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

Shania Twain – July 20, 7:30 PM
Shania Twain will perform at SPAC, following one of her first tours in nearly five years. Shania Twain is the best-selling female artist in country music history, with five Grammy Awards to her name and an expansive career that continues to raise the bar. The Canadian singer-songwriter’s third studio album, 1997’s Come On Over, is one of the best-selling albums of all time, which produced smash hits such as “You’re Still the One,” “That Don’t Impress Me Much” and “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!”

Def Leppard with special guest Bret Michaels – July 22, 8:00 PM
Def Leppard are returing to SPAC. With more than 110 million albums sold worldwide and two prestigious Diamond Awards in the U.S., 2019 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame® inductees Def Leppard – Joe Elliott (vocals), Phil Collen (guitar), Rick Savage (bass), Vivian Campbell(guitar) and Rick Allen (drums) — continue to be one of the most important forces in rock music. Over the course of their career, the band has produced a series of classic ground-breaking albums that set the bar for generations of music fans and artists alike.

Jerry Seinfeld – July 24, 8:00 PM
The great Jerry Seinfeld is set to perform at SPAC in late July. Jerry Seinfeld’s comedy career took off after his first appearance on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson in 1981. Eight years later, he teamed up with fellow comedian Larry David to create what was to become the most successful comedy series in the history of television: Seinfeld.

Phish: Summer Tour 2025 – July 25, 7:30 PM, July 26, 7:30 PM, July 27, 7:30 PM
One-of-a-kind Phish will make their return to SPAC this July. As the undisputed kings of the jam-band movement that began in the ’80s and exploded in the ’90s with bands like Widespread Panic, Blues Traveler, and The Spin Doctors, they defined a style that was song-based but also about improvisation and the magic of the moment. When they brought their creative collision of rock, jazz, funk, folk, and country influences to a quickly expanding grassroots fan base in the ’80s, a movement was born — one in which the music was constantly developing before the audience’s eyes and ears.

Pantera with Amon Amarth: The Heaviest Tour of the Summer – July 28, 7:00 PM
Heavy metal legends Pantera are pleased to announce their 2025 US Summer amphitheater tour, including a stop at SPAC in late July. The journey will commence on July 15th in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania and wind its way through over two dozen cities, coming to a close on September 13th in West Palm Beach, Florida. Support will be provided by Swedish heavy metal icons Amon Amarth and an additional guest opener to be announced at a later date. Get ready for The Heaviest Tour Of The Summer.

Goo Goo Dolls with Dashboard Confessional: Summer Anthem Tour – July 30, 7:30 PM
Multi-platinum, four-time GRAMMY-nominated rock band Goo Goo Dolls will take their lauded live show back to SPAC this summer. Kicking off on July 13, the “Summer Anthem Tour 2025” will bring the band to iconic venues coast-to-coast, including stops at Los Angeles’Greek Theatre, Morrison’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Nashville’s Ascend Amphitheater, Boston’s LeaderBank Pavilion, Chicago’s Huntington Bank Pavilion, Saratoga’s Performing Arts Center, as well as a hometown show at Buffalo’s KeyBank Center.

Kidz Bop Live: Certified BOP Tour – August 01, 7:00 PM
The renowned pop song cover group, Kidz Bop Kidz, is coming to SPAC for an early performance in early August. With their motto of “sung by kids for kids,” this event is perfect for young children. Tickets can be purchased here.

Outlaw Music Festival Featuring Willie Nelson & Family, Bob Dylan, Wilco, Lucinda Williams and Waylon Payne – August 02, 4:00 PM
Willie Nelson, Mark Rothbaum, Keith Wortman, and Blackbird Presents are thrilled to announce the Outlaw Music Festival 10th Anniversary Tour. The 2025 tour is the biggest Outlaw tour to date, featuring an unparalleled lineup of legends and superstars who will make a stop at Broadview Stage at SPAC (Saratoga Performing Arts Center) in Saratoga Springs, on August 2, with Willie Nelson & Family, Bob Dylan, Wilco, Lucinda Williams, and Waylon Payne. The Outlaw Music Festival proudly celebrates its 10th anniversary, marking a decade of unforgettable performances and camaraderie among music luminaries and fans alike. Big Time Rush with special guests Katelyn Tarver & Stephen Kramer Glickman: In Real Life Worldwide – August 03, 7:00 PM
Big Time Rush will perform live at SPAC in early August. Big Time Rush became an overnight sensation in November 2009 when the scripted TV show of the same name launched on Nickelodeon. The show focused on the Hollywood adventures of four hockey players from Minnesota after they were selected to form a boy band. The show became a huge success and later, Carlos, Kendall, James, and Logan came to life as a band off the screen releasing three full length albums and performing across the globe. As the show concluded in July 2013 and after four years of recording music and touring as a band, they went their separate ways but remained close friends through the years.

The Philadelphia Orchestra: Tchaikovsky Spectacular – August 06, 7:30 PM
Philadelphia Orchestra Guest Conductor Marin Alsop returns to SPAC for the first time since 2017 leading the orchestra in a dazzling evening of Tchaikovsky featuring the 1812 Overture with live cannon fire and a brilliant fireworks display. Philadelphia Orchestra Principal Cellist Hai-Ye Ni performs Tchaikovsky’s beautiful and elegant Variations on a Rococo Theme, inspired by the composer’s love for Mozart. And Hamlet Overture, originally conceived as incidental music to Shakespeare’s play, receives its SPAC premiere.

The Philadelphia Orchestra: The Planets – August 07, 7:30 PM
One of the foremost conductors of our time, Marin Alsop, leads Gustav Holst’s iconic The Planets, a work that has inspired generations of sci-fi film composers, featuring the ferocity of “Mars, the Bringer of War”, the high-spirited “Jupiter, the Bringer of Jollity,” and the ghostly suspense of “Neptune, the Mystic.” Holst’s exciting, cosmic score features a seven-movement orchestral suite, with each movement named after a planet of the Solar System and its corresponding astrological character as defined by Holst.

The Philadelphia Orchestra: Gershwin & Bernstein – August 08, 7:30 PM
The Philadelphia Orchestra Principal Guest Conductor Marin Alsop returns to SPAC leading the Orchestra in Leonard Bernstein’s Symphonic Dances from West Side Story. Bernstein mentored and inspired Alsop throughout her career, establishing her as one of the foremost conductors of his music. The program is bookended by the music of another American icon, George Gershwin. The evening begins with his rousing Cuban Overture, inspired by a trip to Havana and combining traditional Cuban rhythms with Gershwin’s original themes. The program closes with Gershwin’s Piano Concerto in F Major featuring American pianist Clayton Stephenson.

Laufey with The Philadelphia Orchestra: A Night at the Symphony – August 09, 7:30 PM
GRAMMY-winning jazz singer, composer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Laufey brings a spell-binding sonic journey performing alongside The Philadelphia Orchestra for her new “Night at the Symphony” program. Last summer, Laufey (pronounced lāy-vāy) made her SPAC debut at our Saratoga Jazz Festival. Now, the “Gen Z It Girl” (The New York Times) will return to the SPAC stage for her Philadelphia Orchestra debut with her “Night at the Symphony” program, which premiered at the Hollywood Bowl and was made into a film directed by Sam Wrench (Taylor Swift |The Eras Tour).

Chicago – August 10, 8:00 PM
The notable Chicago band is set to perform at SPAC in August. Hailed as one of the “most important bands in music since the dawn of the rock and roll era, the legendary rock and roll band with horns, Chicago, came in as the highest charting American band in Billboard Magazine’s Top 125 Artists Of All Time. Chicago is the first American rock band to chart Top 40 albums in six consecutive decades.

Styx & Kevin Cronin Band + Don Felder – August 12, 7:30 PM
Legendary rockers Styx and Kevin Cronin are set to perform at SPAC in August.Styx and Kevin Cronin, the iconic voice and writer behind REO Speedwagon’s greatest hits, have one of the strongest brotherly bonds spanning 25 years, especially since they’ve crossed paths on the North American concert trail along with the occasional joint festival concert. Fittingly, next summer they’ll join forces for the sixth time for their “Brotherhood of Rock” tour, along with special guest Don Felder (a former lead guitarist for the Eagles), that will kick off May 28, 2025 in Greenville, SC at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. It wouldn’t be summer without a live celebration of some of the greatest Rock anthems of all time, including “Renegade,” “Keep On Loving You,” “Come Sail Away,” “Can’t Fight This Feeling,” and “Hotel California.”

Yannick Nézet-Séguin & The Philadelphia Orchestra: Stravinsky, Rachmaninoff & Still – August 13, 7:30 PM
Philadelphia Orchestra Music and Artistic Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin returns to Saratoga to lead two unique programs that can only be heard at SPAC. The program opens with the suite from Igor Stravinsky’s The Firebird. One of the most beloved ballets of all time, The Firebird was originally written by a then relatively unknown Stravinsky for Sergei Diaghilev’s Ballet Russes in the early 1900’s. The imaginative score is equal parts thrilling and ethereal, bringing to life an old Russian tale and launching the composer’s now storied career. Italian pianist, Beatrice Rana, returns to SPAC for the first time in more than a decade, performing Rachmaninoff’s inventive Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini.

Yannick Nézet-Séguin & The Philadelphia Orchestra: Verdi’s Requiem – August 14, 7:30 PM
Verdi’s Requiem is filled with transcendent moments from the ineffably sorrowful “Lacrymosa,” to the heavens-shaking final judgment of the “Dies irae,” to the hushed finale blessed by grace. The evening-length work features an all-star cast with soloists from the Metropolitan Opera stage alongside the Albany Pro Musica Chorus. Philadelphia Orchestra Music and Artistic Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin returns to lead the program, bringing the score to life with his masterful interpretation.

Renée Fleming with The Philadelphia Orchestra – August 15, 7:30 PM
One of the most beloved and celebrated singers of our time, five-time GRAMMY-winner Renée Fleming returns to SPAC with an all-new program alongside The Philadelphia Orchestra. This breathtaking performance begins with inspiration from the GRAMMY Award-winning album Voice of Nature: the Anthropocene, in which Fleming explores humankind’s evolving relationship with nature, performing works from ranging from Handel to Björk and The Lord of the Rings, with a beautiful projected film created for the program by National Geographic. The second half of the program features beloved arias and songs, from Puccini to Rodgers and Hammerstein.

The Philadelphia Orchestra: Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince™ in Concert – August 16, 7:30 PM
Immerse yourself at Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince™ in concert at SPAC this August. Displayed on a giant screen and accompanied by The Philadelphia Orchestra, audiences can relive the magic of Harry’s sixth year at Hogwarts™ School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Watch Harry become a wiz at potions, win Felix Felicis, and uncover the meaning of Horcruxes. Billy Idol with Joan Jett and The Blackhearts – August 17, 7:30 PM
That face, that name, that sneer. Rock icon Billy Idol, known for a plethora of hit singles including “Rebel Yell,” “White Wedding,” “Dancing With Myself” “Eyes Without A Face” and many more, returns this summer to perform at SPAC in August. An early architect of punk rock’s sound, style, and fury, Billy Idol remains to this day a true rock ‘n’ roll icon. From punk pioneer to global superstar, Billy Idol has left an indelible mark in popular music and remained a household name for over three decades.

The Doobie Brothers with special guests Jimmy Buffett’s Coral Reefer Band: Walk This Road Tour – August 18, 7:00 PM
The Doobie Brothers will return to the stage at SPAC this August. Born out of Northern California’s chaotic, late-1960s musical stew, The Doobie Brothers’ rugged, real, and authentic approach to rock and roll made them biker bar stalwarts. But their self-titled debut album in ’71 went beyond just leather and motorcycles, revealing even more musical layers; sweet three-part harmonies and rootsy, introspective, acoustic flavors. The Doobie Brothers’ legacy has been built upon not just hit records, but also an unrivaled commitment to musical integrity and a steadfast allegiance to their enthusiastic fan base. The bands ability to evolve in a constantly changing industry and connections to generations of listening audiences is a testament to their craft.

Brit Floyd: Wish You Were Here 50th Anniversary Tour – August 19, 8:00 PM
Brit Floyd returns to the stage in 2025 with their biggest and most spectacular production to date, celebrating the 50th anniversary of Pink Floyd’s classic album ‘Wish You Were Here’, complete with a stunning laser and light show, iconic circular screen, inflatables and theatrics. The epic celebration will be at Broadview Stage at SPAC (Saratoga Performing Arts Center) in Saratoga Springs on August 19.

The Philadelphia Orchestra: Beethoven’s Fifth – August 20, 7:30 PM
With perhaps the four most famous notes in classical music, Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony has captured the attention of concertgoers for more than 200 years. It is a wide-ranging work that journeys from wonderful intensity to euphoric triumph, showcasing the composer’s brilliance. One of classical music’s biggest rising stars, cellist Sheku Kanneh-Mason makes his SPAC debut performing Camille Saint-Saëns’ Cello Concerto No. 1.

The Philadelphia Orchestra: Copland & Bates with Time for Three – August 21, 7:30 PM
Led by “2022 Musical America Conductor of the Year” Teddy Abrams, this program highlights the sounds of American music from past to present. Experience iconic works by Aaron Copland and Samuel Barber, and a SPAC premiere by contemporary composer Mason Bates, featuring genre-bending trio Time for Three. Opening the program is Samuel Barber’s Adagio for Strings, one of the most recognizable pieces of classical music in the world. The piece has been a mainstay of pop culture in films such as Lorenzo’s Oil and Platoon, has marked somber occasions with performances at the funerals of FDR and JFK, and even experienced a rediscovery by younger generations when it was performed as a dance music anthem by Dutch DJ, Tiësto in the early 2000’s. Following is Aaron Copland’s Appalachian Spring, a joyous and evocative work that reflects the spirit of the frontier.

The Philadelphia Orchestra: An Evening with Cynthia Erivo – August 22, 7:30 PM
Known for her powerhouse performances on both stage and screen, Cynthia Erivo will perform at SPAC. She is celebrated for her transformative roles in numerous works, including The Color Purple, Harriet, and most recently, the widely acclaimed film adaptation of Wicked. Her appearance, alongside the full Philadelphia Orchestra, promises an evening of unparalleled artistry as she gives voice to music made famous by the greatest singers of all time, including Nina Simone, Aretha Franklin, Etta James, and Tina Turner, in addition to Broadway hits and her original songs.

The Philadelphia Orchestra: Back to the Future in Concert – August 23, 7:30 PM
Recharge your flux capacitor… and get ready to celebrate this unforgettable movie classic as you’ve never seen and heard it before at SPAC later in August. Celebrating the 40th anniversary of the unforgettable movie classic, Back to the Future is the 1.21-gigawatt blockbuster that topped the 1985 box office chart, spawned two wildly successful sequels and stamped an enduring imprint on pop culture. Join Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox), Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) and a Time Machine for the adventure of a lifetime as they travel to the past, present and future, setting off a time-shattering chain reaction that disrupts the space-time continuum! Now, fans old and new will experience the thrill of Back to the Future like never before – on a big high-def screen with the full Philadelphia Orchestra performing Alan Silvestri’s dazzling musical score live in synch with the movie. Audiences will also be in for an exclusive treat: approximately 20 minutes of brand new music added by award-winning composer Silvestri to the film’s score especially for these unique live orchestra presentations.

Leon Bridges with special guests Charley Crockett and Noeline Hoffmans: The Crooner & The Cowboy Tour – August 30, 7:00 PM
Leon Bridges with very special guest Charley Crockett will take a stop at SPAC while on their Crooner & The Cowboy Tour.Two distinct Texas voices. Two remarkable journeys. One unforgettable tour. Grammy Award-winning R&B artist Leon Bridges and Grammy-nominated Texas maverick Charley Crockett come together for The Crooner & The Cowboy—a series of once-in-a-lifetime shows that celebrate their shared roots, longtime friendship, and the rich musical heritage of Texas. Bridges, known for his timeless storytelling and genre-bending sound, brings the spirit of his acclaimed fourth studio album Leon to the stage, alongside a career filled with platinum hits and sold out headline shows around the globe.

Bonnie Raitt with special guest Jimmie Vaughan & The Tilt-A-Whirl Band – September 03, 7:30 PM
Bluesy singer/songwriter Bonnie Raitt is returning to SPAC this September. Bonnie Raitt has worked long and hard for her multiple Grammy Awards, hit singles and chart-topping records. Since her 1971 eponymous debut, the California-born performer and long-time activist has steadily maintained a music career, albeit with definite peaks and valleys. The red-headed songstress, one of the only women of her time to play guitar using the bottleneck technique, unleashed seven albums in just nine years, though her big commercial break came with her 10th studio set, 1989’s “Nick of Time.” That 11-track collection, produced by Don Was, earned three Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year.

Tedeschi Trucks Band & Gov’t Mule: Live In 25 Tour – September 05, 6:30 PM
Tedeschi Trucks Band and Gov’t Mule are teaming up for a series of co-headlining shows in September, including a stop at SPAC, as part of the Tedeschi Trucks Band’s Live In 25 Tour. Tedeschi Trucks Band are a blues rock act from Jacksonville, Florida. Led by singer Susan Tedeschi and guitarist Derek Trucks, the band’s roster has rotated over the years and currently stands at 12 members on drums, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, keyboards, bass and harmony vocals. Tedeschi Trucks Band released their debut album, Revelator, in 2011, which won the Grammy for Best Blues Album.
