The Buffalo Central Terminal announced its lineup for Latin Night, an evening of music, dance, and Latin culture, part of Circle Thursdays Summer Concert Series. On Thursday, July 23, from 5 P.M. to 8 P.M., Circle Thursdays will welcome guests of all ages to a free outdoor concert featuring Billboard Latin artist La Cassandra and The Joey Gonzalez Collective.
Latin Night promises a family-friendly night and a fun fusion of Caribbean rhythms, Latin influences, and contemporary music. La Cassandra takes center stage as the evening’s headliner. The Dominican-American singer-songwriter has rapidly risen as one of Latin music’s most exciting emerging artists, earning recognition from Billboard Latin as an artist to watch. Her genre-defying sound mixes Bolero, R&B, Disco, Jazz, Merengue, Afro-Latin rhythms, Pop, and traditional Caribbean influences, creating performances that are both intimate and thrilling.

La Cassandra’s musical journey began in 2021, and her debut album, “Lágrimas”, introduced audiences to her expressive songwriting and tropical sound. Her latest release, Gloria & Dolores, further showcases her artistic evolution, transforming personal loss into hope through the rhythms of merengue, pop, ballads, and R&B.
Joining her on July 23 is The Joey Gonzalez Collective, led by veteran musician, producer, and composer Joey Gonzalez. With over four decades of experience, Gonzalez has built a reputation for crafting musical experiences that bridge traditional Latin influences with contemporary arrangements. His ensemble brings together an eclectic group of musicians, celebrating rhythm, collaboration, and cultural expression in every performance.

Since its launch, Circle Thursdays has become a rising summer concert series at the Buffalo Central Terminal, turning Memorial Circle into a hot spot for live music and community. The series reflects the Buffalo Central Terminal’s ongoing restoration and revitalization efforts, reinforcing its role as a place for arts, culture, and community engagement, while highlighting the history behind the iconic space.
Guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair, invite friends and family, and enjoy live performances for free.
