2x Grammy award winner Carín León performed at the Barclays Center on Friday, June5, bringing his “De Sonora Para El Mundo” tour to Brooklyn.

The Sonora, Mexico born artist kicked off his solo career back in 2018 after nearly a decade as the frontman/songwriter for Grupo Arranke. Carín specializes in regional Mexican music (Música Mexicana) in which he has won the Grammy Award for Best Regional Mexican Music Album in 2025 for Boca Chueca, Vol.1 AND again in 2026 for Palabra De To’s (Seca).

Carín León has the Latino Music world at the palm of his hands. He is set to became the first Latino artist to headline the Sphere this fall as part of Las Vegas’s annual Mexican Independence Day celebration on September 11, 12 and 13, 2026, all three shows are sold out.

Carín León will touch down in New York City again on June 22 continuing his arena tour at Madison Square Garden.
