New York’s Presence Shows Up Big at Bonnaroo 2026

With Bonnaroo 2026 starting in less than two weeks, anticipation is growing across online communities as fans plan their camping, must-see acts, and ways to connect with other festival attendees.

This year’s headliners include Skrillex, Role Model, Noah Kahan, Rüfüs Du Sol, Kesha, and so many more. There are also several artists from New York or acts strongly associated with New York’s music scene, spanning indie, punk, alternative, and electronic music. 

Friday

Geese will be playing on the That stage at 7:45 pm. The band, formed in Brooklyn, has just released their album “Getting Killed” and is set to start touring the album this coming fall.

Blood Orange on the That stage at 11:00 pm has become closely associated with the NYC music scene. Dev Hynes, the English singer-songwriter, creates and lives in the city.

Saturday

The Dare will be on this stage at 1:30 am. Harrison Patrick Smith is based in NYC and is a key figure in the city’s current alternative indie scene.

Arcy Drive will be on the What stage at 3:15 pm. The rock band was formed in Long Island and just released their single ‘one’n a million’ on May 15.

Passion Pit is on the This stage at 6:45 pm, performing their indie pop hits. Michael Angelakos was born in New Jersey and grew up in Buffalo where he composed music for school plays.

The Strokes on the What stage at 11:00 pm was formed in Manhattan and is one of the defining bands of early 2000s indie rock. Their top hits include ‘The Adults Are Talking’ and ‘Someday’.

Sunday

Snow Strippers is performing an electropop set on the This stage at 2:00 am. The duo is based in NYC where they are best known for their DIY approach.

Blondshell is on the That stage at 3:00 pm. Sabrina Mae Teitelbaum was born in NYC and debuted her single ‘Olympus’ in June 2022.

Fcukers, an American electronic band, is on the This stage at 4:45 pm. The band formed in NYC in 2022 and previously opened for Tame Impala on his Fall 2025 tour.

Del Water Gap is originally from Connecticut, but Samuel Holden Jaffee developed and produced the project (Del Water Gap) in Brooklyn. He’ll be at the stage at 6:30 pm after releasing his album “Chasing The Chimera” in November.

Beyond the music, Bonnaroo has plenty for fans to look forward to. From events like Yoga-Roo, Roo Run, and the Village Market, there is something for everyone. 

By far the most anticipated event of the weekend is the 2026 edition of SuperJam. This year, the show will be led by Kesha and titled KESHA PRESENTS: SUPERJÂM ESOTERÍCA: THE ALCHEMY OF POP. This once-in-a-lifetime event will happen Saturday, June 13, in the This tent at 8:45-10:30 pm.

Kesha will be joined on stage by a variety of artists, including Del Water Gap, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Blondshell, Margo Price, Chromeo, Grouplove, Mountain Grass Unit, and Wyatt Flores, with surprises to come. 

From Brooklyn basements to the Bonnaroo stages, New York will be represented strongly at Bonnaroo 2026. Now it’s time to pack, plan, and start the countdown to Bonnaroo 2026.
