Geneva Music Festival 2025: A Celebration of Music and Wine

The Geneva Music Festival is back in Upstate New York this summer, bringing together a great mix of music and local wine across the Finger Lakes region.

The 2025 lineup includes internationally known musicians performing pieces by Mozart, Dvorak, Brahms, Ravel, and more. Accompanying the beautiful classical and contemporary music is tastings from nearby wineries.

The festival kicks off with Tradition and Innovation on May 23 and 24, spotlighting composers from the past and present, along with tastings from Billsboro Winery. On May 29 and 30, Old World Roots will dive into the sounds of Ravel, Brahms, and Schumann, with wine from Keuka Lake Vineyards. On May 31, Grammy-winning jazz singer Cécile McLorin Salvant and pianist Sullivan Fortner will perform a sold-out show blending jazz and classical styles. Airy Acres will provide the wine pairing for the evening.

June opens with a free preview of German Legends at the Geneva Welcome Center on June 3. Full performances follow on June 5 and 6 at the Gearan Center for the Performing Arts. The series ends on June 8 with a high-energy set from bluegrass favorites Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper. Tickets are selling fast, get them now so you don’t miss out!

Geoffrey Herd, CEO and Artistic Director of the Geneva Music Festival, shares, “The Geneva Music Festival is about bringing people together through shared experiences. What better way to do that than with music and wine? They’re meant to be shared.” However, this year’s festival not only offers a chance to connect with others, but also invites audiences to reflect on heritage through music and wine.
