Brooklyn alt-rock band Everstill release their latest single, “Front Row Seat,” today, April 11, ahead of their upcoming EP What Is Enough, expected on May 30.

The track showcases Everstill’s quick-paced, emotionally charged sound. It blends jittery guitar work, high-pitched vocals, and emotional lyrics into a song that feels both urgent and cathartic. It’s the second single off the band’s forthcoming EP, following the dreamy debut single “Red.”
Driven by a skittering beat and passionate vocals from lead singer Sara Aridi, “Front Row Seat” draws in its listeners. The verses pulse with nervous energy, the kind that comes with overthinking, rewinding memories, and unanswered questions. Then the track dips into slower, dreamier choruses, before slamming into a rugged, explosive final act.
Aridi, the band’s founder and primary songwriter, sings with an open wound kind of honesty. “You had a front row seat / To everything / It was all there / It was all laid bare / But now you’re gone.” The repetition becomes a mantra, unraveling by the song’s end into a visceral, shouted refrain.

Everstill started as Sara Aridi’s solo project in 2021. Gradually, it grew into a full band with the addition of guitarist Adel Bagli, drummer Britton Matthews, and bassist Pierce Krauland in 2023. Since then, they’ve been a steady presence on NYC’s live circuit. In early 2024, Sarah Klein stepped in on bass, completing the current lineup.
The musical tension in “Front Row Seat” illustrates the emotional whiplash of a breakup, but the track never drags. Instead, it propels forward with urgency. It pulls from Everstill’s blend of hard rock, grunge, dream pop, and just a touch of folk, charging forward strong, fast, and emotionally unfiltered.
