Oteil Burbridge and LaMP are set to perform together at the Wish Benefit Tour at Universal Preservation Hall in Saratoga Springs on October 6 and Brooklyn Bowl on October 7. Presented by Fiddlehead Brewing Company, these performances are part of a four show run that will benefit Make-A-Wish Vermont & Northeast New York and Make-A-Wish Massachusetts & Rhode Island.

Oteil Burbridge is best known as the longtime bassist for the Allman Brothers Band as well as a founding member of Dead & Company. He has shared the stage with rock and blues royalty including Eric Clapton and Carlos Santana. Most recently, Oteil Burbridge released The Offering, a collaborative album with Lamar Williams Jr. With his immense talent and powerful stage presence, Oteil Burbridge will undoubtedly bring the energy to these benefit shows.

LaMP are an instrumental jam band composed of Russ Lawton, Scott Metzger, and Ray Paczkowski. Formed in Vermont in 2018, the trio quickly fell into a unique musical groove. They perform improvisational pieces frequently, playing off of each other’s talents in real time. LaMP will add an exciting element of musical freedom and experimentation to the Wish Benefit Tour.
All proceeds from the concerts will directly benefit Make-A-Wish Vermont & Northeast New York and Make-A-Wish Massachusetts & Rhode Island. These contributions will allow the Make-A-Wish Foundation to continue providing joyful experiences for critically ill children in these regions. The musical partnership between Oteil Burbridge and LaMP will make for an unforgettable tour that gives back to the community.
Tickets are available here to see the duo perform live in Saratoga Springs or Brooklyn.
