Madison Square Garden will host NYC Still Rising After 25 Years: A 9/11 Comedy Benefit on Thursday, Sept. 10, in observance of the 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks. Organized by Jon Stewart and Pete Davidson, the star-studded event will feature a lineup of comedy heavyweights. Proceeds from the event will benefit 9/11 charities.

Produced by Live Nation, the 9/11 Comedy Benefit will feature performances by Aziz Ansari, Bill Burr, Dave Chappelle, Ronny Chieng, Nikki Glaser, Josh Johnson, Davidson and Stewart. More special guests will join the lineup, with organizers announcing them at a later date.
Stewart and Davidson said in a joint statement, “We look forward to once again celebrating this great city’s tenacity, resilience, and championship heart — and we don’t only mean our NY Knicks!”
The performance will be a phone-free experience. Upon arrival, attendees will place their phones, smartwatches and other electronic devices in individual Yondr pouches before entering the performance space.
Guests who need to use their devices during the event may leave the performance area and have their Yondr pouches unlocked in a designated location. Before reentering, all devices must be secured in their pouches.
Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, July 31. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit the event’s official website.
