Downtown Ithaca’s summer concert series is set to return Thursday, June 11 for a season of free live music.

The 2026 Beginnings Summer Concert Series will return to the Bernie Milton Pavilion on the Ithaca Commons, bringing free live music to the heart of downtown every Thursday evening from June 11 to September 3 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. With Beginnings Credit Union as the title sponsor, the community-focused series continues one of Ithaca’s summer traditions of offering a weekly mix of local and regional performers across rock, jazz, R&B, folk, Latin, bluegrass, brass, country, hip hop and more.
Free, family-friendly and open to the public, the Beginnings Summer Concert Series is a weekly celebration of live music, local culture, and summer nights in Downtown Ithaca. Presented in the center of the Ithaca Commons, the series invites music lovers to make a full night of it downtown. Concertgoers can explore downtown before the show, grab dinner, visit local shops, meet friends and enjoy an evening of live music in one of Ithaca’s most recognizable public gathering spaces. Additionally, concertgoers can arrive early on Thursday evenings before the Summer Concert Series and enjoy special Thursday-night offers from participating local businesses.
