At this event, 25 local restaurants will compete with each other for the “People’s Choice Award” prize with their presentations of chili. In addition to food, nine bands will perform throughout the event on two stages. Bands include: The Stony Creek Band, The Lustre Kings, Vinyl Vault, the ILL Funk Ensemble, Tim Wechgelear & Friends, Mark & Jill, Shine On and Dirt Cheap.

Bands N’ Beans continues as a fundraiser for the Lake George Arts Project’s free and public programs. Established in 1977, the Lake George Arts Project aims to provide exposure and income opportunities to professional and emerging artists, in addition to quality-programming for Lake George residents and visitors. All proceeds will support year-round programs, such as gallery exhibitions, concerts and festivals.
