TalkPeck SoundSystem will perform at Brooklyn Bowl on Thursday, July 23, bringing together a wide-ranging lineup of musicians from the jam, funk and live music world for a tribute to Talking Heads, Vulfpeck and LCD Soundsystem.
The date lands in between nights 1 and 2 of Phish‘s 5-night run at Madison Square Garden.

The show also lands during Brooklyn Bowl’s 17th anniversary stretch, which feels fitting for a project rooted in the same jam, funk and dance-rock community that has been part of the room since the beginning.
Brooklyn Bowl has long served as a home for jam, funk, improvisational rock and dance-driven live music in New York, and TalkPeck SoundSystem brings that spirit into one night built around three influential catalogs.

TalkPeck SoundSystem blends the nervous energy of Talking Heads, the tight funk vocabulary of Vulfpeck and the dance-floor pulse of LCD Soundsystem into a live show built for fans of groove-driven performance.
Performing with TalkPeck SoundSystem are Matt McNulty, Honey Marmalade, Mike Greenfield (Lotus), Tim Palmieri (Lotus), Isaac Young (Px3), Kiran Edwards (Residual Groove), Sammi Garret (Cool Cool Cool), Adrian Tramontano (Twiddle), Greg Sanderson (Cool Cool Cool) and Miles Livolsi (Cool Cool Cool), creating an incredible lineup of musicians to bring the music of three stellar bands to life.
“Brooklyn Bowl has been a special room for this scene for a long time,” said Matt McNulty. “A lot of us have played there, seen shows there and been part of that community over the years, so bringing this band there during the anniversary stretch feels very full circle.”
TalkPeck SoundSystem on Thursday, July 23 at Brooklyn Bowl has Doors at 6PM and Show starting at 8PM. Tickets here.
