Divided Sky Foundation has announced Divided Sky’s BIG Weekend, a three-day family-friendly, substance-free event taking place Thursday, May 15 through Saturday, May 17 at Jackson Gore Village at Okemo Mountain Resort in Ludlow, Vermont. The weekend includes the 5th Annual Divided Sky Fun(d) Run and the third annual Music on the Mountain festival presented by The Phoenix.

Music on the Mountain takes place from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET on Saturday, May 16, featuring genre-blending four-piece rock band Eggy and groove-driven, organ-forward trio LaMP, with Scott Metzger (JRAD) joining Ray Paczkowski and Russ Lawton (Trey Anastasio Band, Soule Monde). Electric bassist and songwriter Karina Rykman also returns alongside Anders Osborne and Jackie Greene for a special set.
Daniel Donato and Natalie Cressman return as artists-at-large, joined by Jennifer Hartswick appearing for the first time. New this year is 2ŁØT, blending electronic production, jazz fusion and high-energy improvisation, plus The Trombone Shorty Foundation Band, a dynamic ensemble of emerging New Orleans musicians showcasing brass, funk and soul.

The celebration continues with the BIG Weekend All-Stars After Party featuring Karina Rykman, Brian Murray, Jimmy Law, Daniel Donato, Dezron Douglas, Joe Dyson, Jennifer Hartswick and Natalie Cressman forming a one-of-a-kind ensemble.
The Divided Sky Foundation, founded by Phish guitarist Trey Anastasio and case manager Melanie Gulde in 2020, is dedicated to addiction recovery. The foundation operates the Divided Sky Residential Recovery Program in Ludlow, a nonclinical, 46-bed addiction recovery center that opened in November 2023.
The foundation launched following Anastasio’s Beacon Jams in fall 2020, an eight-week virtual residency at New York’s Beacon Theatre that raised over $1.2 million for the foundation.
Anastasio, who has been sober since 2007 following his own recovery journey from a 2006 arrest in Whitehall, New York for heroin possession and driving while intoxicated, established the foundation to deliver help to those affected by substance use.
The BIG Weekend kicks off Friday evening with Divided Sky Foundation hosting “Minstrels and Mocktails,” an intimate dinner concert featuring alumni musical guests Sean Leahy and Kate Gaffney, with very limited tickets. Following the dinner, The Phoenix welcomes guests with the Campfire Jam, an acoustic in-the-round concert where Anders Osborne and Daniel Donato will be joined by Jackie Greene.
The 5th Annual Divided Sky Fun(d) Run brings together runners, walkers and supporters for a scenic 5K supporting addiction recovery. Participants can register solo, join a team or participate virtually from home. All proceeds benefit Divided Sky and other Vermont addiction recovery initiatives.
Sunday concludes with a free Acoustic Brunch featuring Murray’s Law (Brian Murray & Jimmy Law) and Vermont guitarist Evan Jennison, offering a reflective and communal close to three days of music and mountain connection.
Full weekend passes start at $60. Jackson Gore Village offers 20 percent off lodging with code SOKDSF26 by calling 855-947-0443.
