“I sense there’s something in the wind…” (Sally.) Manic Kat Records proudly presents: Nightmare Before Punxmas, their annual holiday blowout, twisted through the lens of Tim Burton’s dark holiday classic. Brought to life by Dirty Water Hard Seltzer, this year’s concert dives headfirst into the strange world of A Nightmare Before Christmas – but louder, weirder, and with much more distortion.
The concert takes place at Olive’s in Nyack on December 19 and 20, with doors opening at 6:00 p.m. ET each night. Whether you find yourself on the nice list, naughty list, or somewhere in between, you’re invited to celebrate the punk way.
Manic Kat teams up with Toys for Tots this year to bring joy to kids and families in need – and want fans to be part of it. Join the holiday bash and bring an unwrapped gift to donate. In return, you’ll receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win amazing prizes, including exclusive merchandise, meet-and-greets with bands and more.
Every toy collected directly supports the Toys for Tots program to spread holiday cheer and brighten the season for the families and children in our community. NYSMusic also participates in Jam for Tots holiday campaign annually, teaming up with various venues across New York State. With a star-studded lineup on both nights, there will never be a dull moment!

Some bands to expect on night one are The July Crowd, I Am the Pilot and A New Violet. Not to be outdone, some of Santa’s helpers for night two are When Thieves Are About, Cult Classic, and Showoff. Further additions to the lineup will be announced at a later date.
Regardless of whether you join us for one night or two, expect a full-throttle mashup of holiday cheer and punk-rock chaos at Nightmare Before Punxmas at Olive’s in Nyack on December 19 and 20.
