Drumstock 2025 Set for Downtown Geneva

Downtown Geneva will once again host Drumstock, a free, all-day music and arts festival returning on Saturday, September 6. Running from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, the event includes two stages of live performances, interactive art workshops, performance artists, and a wide range of local vendors.

The Geneva Rising Arts Foundation, a nonprofit that promotes Geneva’s vibrant arts community, produces Drumstock each year. It has since grown into a larger cultural gathering that draws attendees from Ithaca, Rochester, Syracuse, and other Upstate communities. Centered around Lake Drum Brewing and Castle Street, the festival will close some traffic.

Music will run throughout the day across two stages. Headlining is Octave Cat, a national act featuring Eli Winderman of Dopapod and Jesse Miller of Lotus. Other performers include Rodeo Mouth, Zydecorp, Emily Mure, Athena Rajnai, and several regional bands representing a mix of genres.

From noon to 7:00 PM, The Dove Block Project will host free interactive workshops for kids and adults. Live painters and performance artists will engage attendees across the festival. Food, beverage, and craft vendors will be stationed along Castle Street until 9:00 PM, with extended vending behind Lake Drum Brewing until the end of the night.

“We started Drumstock because we believed Geneva needed a space like this—one where people could share music, art, and ideas without any barriers. This isn’t just about entertainment. It’s about building a community identity that reflects the creativity and collaboration already happening here. Each year, it grows because people show up and make it their own,” said Victor Pultinas, co-founder of both the festival and the Geneva Rising Arts Foundation.

Drumstock 2025 is free and open to all ages. More information is available on their website.
