In the midst of an extensive spring/summer tour, funk icons Lettuce made their way to Buffalo on Wednesday, May 21. It may have been cool and wet outside but the band wasted little time warming up the crowd in Electric City.
With no opener on the bill, the funk was laid on thick, with the crowd quickly settling in, head bobbing and dancing throughout the venue, treated to two sets of Lettuce’s unique blend of funk, hip-hop and psychedelic rock.
There are plenty more chances to check them out in the coming weeks with upcoming shows in New York City, Rochester, Saratoga Springs and beyond.
