Ellen Pieroni & the Encyclopedia of Soul Bring Their Groove to New York This Spring

Ellen Pieroni and her band, Ellen Pieroni & the Encyclopedia of Soul (EoS), are hitting the road for a spring tour, with performances in Rochester, Buffalo, Ithaca, and Syracuse from April 12 through early May.

Known for her smooth, expressive playing, saxophonist Ellen Pieroni has earned a reputation in the Buffalo music scene as both a soloist and a collaborator in bands like Folkfaces and Buffalo Afrobeat Orchestra. Whether leading EoS or lending her talents to other projects, she brings an irresistible energy to every stage she graces.

Featuring Adam Bronstein on guitar, Jacob Nicholson on keys, Dominic Missana on bass, and Isaiah Getherson drums, EoS blends classic and contemporary jazz influences, creating powerful performances and infectious grooves. Their albums, The Encyclopedia of Soul, Vol. I (2023) and Soul Vacation (2024), showcase their signature sound.

Ellen Pieroni & the Encyclopedia of Soul has been making waves nationally.
