Putnam Place Announces April Performances: Techno, Tribute Bands, Folk

Saratoga Springs’ Putnam Place delivers a number of notable upcoming April performances, featuring tribute bands, electronic dance and folk.

Putnam Place will host The Doors tribute band Crystal Ship on April 4. The 18+ event will play all of The Doors’ notable records, taking audiences back to the 60s to relive the music and magic of the era. The band has sold out venues across the world – from historic tours in the U.K. And Germany to tours all along the Northeast.

Crystal Ship is meticulously detailed in their presence. From their vintage gear and instruments to their costumes, the band is committed to bringing a premier experience to audiences and honoring Jim Morrison and The Doors. To learn more about The Doors, visit here

On April 18, rock and soul band Wild Adriatic will host an album release party with Reese Fulmer. The self-titled album follows their 2017 project, Feel. This 18+ event will showcase the six year project and the band’s journey throughout their lives. From a pandemic and a band hiatus, the new album brings a new perspective and sound from the band, weaving through rock, soul and blues.

Nicole Fiallo with Xamxara and Ronnie Rave will perform their highly anticipated electronic dance setlist on April 25. For the second annual Midnight Mass | Bloomin’ event, Putnam Place will feature Cuban-American music producer Nicole Fiallo, featuring her stand-out flair for techno and funk house genres, duo fusion Xamxara, creating new blends of melodic, Afro and organic house and Ronnie Rave, producing music blending house, tech and techno, bringing a lively club feel to every venue. On April 26, Putnam Place will host Grateful Dub, a reggae-infused tribute band to The Grateful Dead, with Roots of Creation. With covers of the infamous band, along with a set of original music to kick off the night, this 18+ event stands for a night of celebration and fun.
