‘We Were Never Stranger’ Marks the Start of Myles Smith’s Tour

Myles Smith, with opener Tors, kicked off the ‘We Were Never Stranger’ tour Wednesday, January 22 at Brooklyn Paramount. The night was an eventful one full of unexpected surprises and pure joy.

Tors is a dynamic trio of brothers from Devon, UK. The band achieved significant success with their 2023 EP, Anything Can Happen, which took social media by storm. Building on the momentum from their first EP, they are bringing the same energy to their new project, a six-track EP titled Miracle, set to be released on April 29.

When Tors took the stage with their stunning vocals, the audience was immediately captivated. Tors had just begun their second song in the set when, unfortunately, a pipe burst behind the scenes at the venue, bringing the performance to a standstill. Fortunately, the situation was resolved, and the band was able to come back out and play a couple more songs.

After an eventful start to the night, the audience was eagerly anticipating Myles’s arrival. When his band began playing the intro to “Wait For You,” excitement filled the air. The moment Myles stepped onto the stage, he instantly captivated the crowd from the very beginning. One song after another, the audience sang every word along with Myles. He captivated them with his soulful voice and heartfelt lyrics.

Throughout the entire night, Myles wore a big smile during his performance, and you could genuinely feel the joy he had for his craft and for sharing it with the world.
