UPDATE: For Amusement Only – The Spafford 2018 Tour

Spafford just added several dates to their latest tour which starts Jan. 11 and runs through March 17. The Arizona-based quartet will start the tour in Minnesota and make its way to New York on Jan. 18 at the Iron Works in Buffalo and the Westcott Theater in Syracuse the following day, Jan. 19. Tickets are currently on sale.

The group is composed of Brian Moss (guitar/vocals), Jordan Fairless (bass/vocals), Andrew “Red” Johnson (keys/vocals) and Cameron Laforest (drums/percussion/vocals.) They say that they’re, “quickly becoming one of the jam scene’s most-buzzed-about names,” a statement supported by NYS Music’s coverage of their most recent show at the Lucky Strike Social Club. Reporter T.J. Drucker explains that they were “jaw-dropping,” and showcased tracks such as “Dream Jam,” “All My Friends,” “Bee Jam” and “Alternate Ending.”

It’s unclear if they will be performing any new material, but fans can get a taste of what their 2018 shows may offer by checking out their latest release, Abaculus: An Improvisational Experience on Spotify and iTunes.
