Lee Terrace and Steep Play Together One Last Time at the Westcott Theater

Local talent will fill the Westcott Theater on Friday, August 28 as homegrown experimental rock groups Lee Terrace and Steep take the stage for one last hurrah before members of Lee Terrace change course to venture off on new endeavors. Effortlessly intermixing intense contemplative jams with a playful, laid-back energy on stage, the musicians have no qualms about poking fun at bad eighties music and encouraging audiences to bust out their most embarrassing dance moves.

Lee Terrace, a four person group formed in 2007, is comprised of Ian Doherty on keyboards and vocals, Kevin Metzger on guitar and vocals, Michael Sloan on bass and vocals, and PJ Sweeney on drums and percussion. They are very proud to be debuting their latest album, Deep Blue, recorded at SubCat Studios.

Steep, a bit newer to the scene, has been exploring the mythical realms of musical innovation since 2011. With Jack Jarvis on drums, Elliot Jarvis on bass and vocals and Dylan Lundgren on guitar, the trio has shared a stage with a rather impressive list of acts including The Ryan Montbleau Band and Marco Benevento.

Come ready to dance and mingle with some of Syracuse’s native musical gems! Doors open at 7:00 pm and show starts at 8:00 pm. Get your tickets here
