Josh Groban brought Broadway, jazz, and entertainment stars together at Jazz at Lincoln Center for his annual Find Your Light benefit concert on October 19. This event raised a record 1.6 million dollars to support arts education for students nationwide.
The event featured performances from jazz legend Wynton Marsalis, Broadway stars Besty Wolfe and Lorna Courtney, Grammy-winning musician Louis Cato, television host Stephen Colbert, and Colombian musician Simon CiFuentes, alongside Groban and other special guests.

Groban opened the concert with “Stand By Me” joined by the Harlem School of the Arts Choir, MOVE NYC dancers, Boston Music Project, and Upbeat NYC Strings.
Highlights of the event include Groban and Oni Marsalis’ performance of “Moon River,” dedicated to their fathers, as well as a rendition of “Bring it On Home” featuring Groban, Cato, and Colbert.
The evening concluded with “Can You Feel the Love Tonight,” performed by Groban with the Harlem School of the Arts Choir and Boston Music Project.

Marsalis received the Find Your Light Award, presented by Groban and a student from Artists for Humanity, recognizing his contributions to music and the cultural importance of arts education.
Additionally, the Arts for Healing Award was presented to the Oliver Sacks Foundation, honoring the legacy of Dr. Sacks’ work that emphasized music’s impact on health and well-being.

The Find Your Light foundation works to ensure that students have access to quality arts education and the opportunity to benefit from creative learning. For more information, visit www.fylf.org.
