GRIDLIFE Summer Apex will return July 24–26, bringing a signature mix of motorsports and live music back to Watkins Glen International in New York’s Finger Lakes region.
This year’s festival will feature two nights of music headlined by electronic music artist BUNT., DJ and NBA legend DJ Diesel (Shaquille O’Neal), and rapper and producer T-Pain.

In addition to the music programming, GRIDLIFE is going to include high-speed racing action, featuring all forms of racing, full course drifting, and a curated car showcase, bringing a track and music hybrid experience.
One of the biggest attractions at the 2026 GRIDLIFE Festival is the Bassmint take-over, which is the new bass record label created by T-Pain. The lineup on the stage will feature sets by T-Pain, DJ Diesel, San Holo, Kompany, Samplifire, Ivory, and Big Florida.
In contrast to the heavier bass acts, the NOS Energy Main Stage lineup includes artists like BUNT. who have melodic electronic music, alongside other artists like Laszewo and Jai Wolf.

What continues to set GRIDLIFE apart is that musicians and performers get involved in the motorsport experience itself. According to the organizers, T-Pain is not just coming to perform, he’ll also hit the track with the rest of the drivers and drift at Watkins Glen International.
GRIDLIFE was founded in 2014. It combines grassroots motor racing events and live music festivals in one. This includes racing, drifting and music on the same weekend at various venues around the United States.

“It’s amazing how far we’ve come. We’re taking over Watkins Glen with two massive nights of music, but we’re still doing it our way,” says Chris Stewart, Co-Founder of GRIDLIFE Summer Apex.
