Gov’t Mule has revealed the details for its annual New Year’s run and then some to close out 2025. The Warren Haynes-led band will once again return to its familiar end of the year home at the Beacon Theatre in New York City for two shows on December 30 and New Year’s Eve. Mule is also treating fans to another New York show leading up to these with a performance scheduled at Schenectady’s Proctors Theatre on December 28.

For this year’s New Year’s theme, Gov’t Mule will be paying tribute to the music of 1971. “This New Year’s Eve, we will be honoring the music of 1971, arguably the greatest year in rock music history,” shares Haynes.
The band is currently celebrating the 30th anniversary of its self-titled debut album with an extensive two-leg tour across America. The first leg of the 29-date outing recently concluded in Massachusetts and included five co-headlining shows with longtime friends Tedeschi Trucks Band. The second leg of the headlining tour will launch on October 10 in Bowling Green, Kentucky before Gov’t Mule stops in Macon, Georgia on October 11 for the final co-headlining show with TTB. From there, the Back In The Saddle Tour will continue to travel throughout the East Coast and Midwest. It concludes with Mule-O-Ween at the end of the month with two shows on October 31 and November 1 in Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia, respectively. See below for a full listing of tour dates and visit www.mule.net for all ticketing and VIP information and to purchase.

Tickets for the Schenectady and New York City shows are now available. VIP packages include reserved seating, access to soundcheck, limited edition signed poster, and more. The Ultimate Guitar Player Package will also be available for the December 28th and 30th shows, featuring one Warren Haynes Signature Les Paul Standard 60s Cherry Gibson Guitar (played and autographed by Warren), two premium reserved tickets and VIP priority entry, private post-show meet & greet and photo with Warren, and more.
