The Peach Music Festival announced additions to its lineup, including New York-based bands Aqueous and the Blind Owl Band.
Buffalo-based Aqueous played the Pennsylvania festival last year, and the Blind Owl Band, from Saranac Lake, were there two years ago but skipped last year. Long Island-based band Tauk was also added to the fest.
Peach also added to its lineup:
- The Australian Pink Floyd
- a second set of Dark Star Orchestra
- Hard Working Americans, a supergroup made up of members of Widespread Panic, Chris Robinson Brotherhood, Great American Taxi, plus Derek Trucks’ brother Duane
- Deep Banana Blackout, who only play a few shows a year these days
- Zoogma
- Whiskey Myers
- Holloway Kadlecik Project, likely headed up by John Kadlecik, founding member of Dark Star orchestra, and Ron Holloway, a saxophonist with many ties to the Allman Brothers family
- The Heavy Pets
- American Babies
- Turbo Suit, an electronic group formerly known as Cosby Sweater
- Pigeons Playing Ping Pong
- Flux Capacitor
- McLovins
- Adam Ezra Band
- Natalie Cressman, a trombonist and vocalist who played the festival last year with Trey Anastasio Band
- the Alchemystics
- Miz & Friends
- Tweed
The news also announced that Cabinet, who were already on the list, will be playing three days of the festival.
These bands add to an already-stacked lineup that includes Gregg Allman, Santana, Bob Weir with Billy and the Kids, and Willie Nelson and Family.
Peach 2015 will be held Aug. 13-16 at Montage Mountain in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Tickets are on sale now. Camping is limited and camping passes tend to sell out, so make sure to purchase your passes ahead of time.
