Since their last New York State appearances, Strange Machines have released their third full-length album, Playing with Fire. As live performers, their growth as a band and as individual musicians has enabled them to develop an experience for audiences that is both intricate and spontaneous, comprised of a unique blend of rock, funk, reggae, livetronica, and other genres.

In addition to their upcoming tour shows, the band gave multiple performances during the summer. Their recent stage appearances include Rock the Dock Festival in Lake George and Kinfolk Music Festival in Danbury, NH. An Aug. 21 show at The Range in Mason, NH, featuring Vermont-based singer-songwriter Mihali, marked the first stop on their fall tour.
