Entering its second decade, Willie Nelson’s Outlaw Music Festival returns with a star-studded cast of musicians, making its way across New York with multiple summer stops. The stops include Wantagh’s Northwell at Jones Beach Theater, Bethel’s Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, and Saratoga Performing Arts Center.

Joining the tour are The Avett Brothers, Sheryl Crow, Stephen Wilson Jr., Robert Randolph, and Don Was and the Pan-Detroit Ensemble. This caliber of talent signifies the festival’s continued legacy as a defining force in live Americana and roots music.
The festival embraces its moment, placing both artists and audiences firmly in the present. The infrequency of Nelson’s performances contributes to the celebratory nature of the festival as a whole, as each appearance becomes an event marked by rarity.
When Willie Nelson says, “Being on the road and playing for the fans is what I love to do. We don’t get to do as many shows as we used to, so every night out there means a little more. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone and making it a special time,” it reflects a deeper awareness of time’s passing, one that makes each performance feel more intentional, rooted in the moment rather than the future.

The tour also includes Willie’s annual Fourth of July Picnic, which will feature special guests Billy Strings and Rodney Crowell. See the market lineups below for the artists performing in each city.
