Hudson River Music Festival Announces Lineup for Return to Croton Point Park

The Hudson River Music Festival, inspired and grounded in Pete and Toshi Seeger’s folk picnics, and presented by Harper House Music Foundation, Riverfest FPS (For Pete’s Sake), and Dayglo Presents, has announced its return to Croton Point Park on Sunday, June 21st.

The festival brings together music lovers of all ages, creating a space for families to enjoy a vibrant musical celebration. The lineup includes an array of talented and distinctive artists, including Jesse Welles, Warren Haynes, Toshi Reagon, The Ebony Hillbillies, and more.

Jesse Welles, a four-time Grammy nominee, will perform on the Hudson Stage. His songs are socially conscious and highlight the spirit of past generations. In addition, Warren Haynes, a guitarist, vocalist, and founder of Gov’t Mule, will perform with Grahame Lesh and Daniel Donato, celebrating the successes and wonders that come from collaboration.

Toshi Reagon, a singer, composer, and musician, embracing folk funk, blues, and rock, will also perform, honoring the influence of Toshi Seeger.

The festival also introduces the Rainbow Stage, which will celebrate musical heritage and community all day. On the stage, both David Amram and Damaris Bojor will perform.

In addition, Tom Chapin and The Chapin Sisters will perform, continuing the family folk tradition along with the Guthrie Family Singers. The Ebony Hillbillies will perform with their distinctive African-American string band. Leah Song, one of the frontwomen of Rising Appalachia, will perform.

The North Star stage will invite families to participate in activities, including yoga sessions and the Rock and Roll Playhouse. The festival will also host a Kids and Family Arts and Crafts area. The North Field will act as the center for advocacy, education, and action, curating specific events aimed at supporting activist groups and environmental actions.

The festival will also offer many food options with regional food vendors, parking, and shuttles for audience members.
