Organizers of the Hoochenanny Festival have announced the event will return for its third year from August 14–16, moving to a new home at Center Park West in the Town of Perinton, New York.

Previously known as the Hoochenanny Whiskey & Music Festival, the event has been rebranded as the Hoochenanny Festival as organizers expand the weekend’s focus beyond spirits to include live music, community, craft beverages, and artisan vendors.
The three-day festival will take place at Center Park West, located at offering more space to accommodate the event’s rapid growth. Organizers say the move reflects the opportunity to expand the experience while strengthening ties with the local business community.
More than 8,000 attendees from over 30 U.S. states and Canada attended the second annual festival in August 2025, a major jump from the few hundred guests who attended the inaugural event in 2023.

“We’re excited to bring the Hoochenanny Festival to the Town of Perinton and begin the next chapter of the festival in Fairport,” said festival co-owner Sean McCarthy. “The new location gives us the space to continue growing while creating even more opportunities for guests, partners and vendors.”
Co-founder Tommy Brunett— also co-owner of Iron Smoke Distillery — said the festival reflects the group’s broader vision of celebrating craftsmanship and culture.
“Hoochenanny 2025 was a true celebration of craftsmanship across music, art, food and spirits,” Brunett said. “Moving the festival to Perinton allows us to grow the experience while strengthening our connection to the Fairport community that Iron Smoke calls home.”

Town officials also welcomed the festival’s arrival. Jenn Townsend said the event highlights the collaborative spirit of the community.
“Events like this bring people together, support local businesses, and showcase what makes Perinton such a special place,” Townsend said.
While the 2026 music lineup and whiskey programming have not yet been announced, organizers say those details—as well as vendor applications—will be revealed later this spring.
The festival celebrates American craftsmanship through a mix of live music, whiskey tastings, craft beverages, food vendors, and artisan goods, drawing regional and national artists spanning genres such as Americana, rock, alternative, punk, outlaw country, and rockabilly.
