New York City’s premier music festival, Governors Ball, has officially unveiled its 2026 lineup, returning to Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens from June 5–7, 2026. Once again timed with NY Music Month, Gov Ball will kick off summer with a lineup that reflects both global star power and hometown pride.

Headliners
Leading the 2026 bill are Lorde, Stray Kids, and A$AP Rocky. Lorde makes her triumphant return to Gov Ball after last performing at the festival in 2017—this time stepping into headliner status. Global K-pop phenomenon Stray Kids bring their stadium-selling set to Queens. Rounding out the headliners is Harlem’s own A$AP Rocky, returning to Gov Ball as a longtime festival favorite.

Key Players
The undercard is just as stacked, featuring performances from Baby Keem, Kali Uchis, Katseye, Geese, Pierce the Veil, Dominic Fike, Blood Orange, Clipse, Mariah The Scientist, Wet Leg, Amyl and The Sniffers, Freddie Gibbs & The Alchemist, The Dare, 2hollis, Ravyn Lenae, and many more.

This year’s lineup also puts a spotlight on NYC talent, continuing Gov Ball’s commitment to uplifting the local music community. NYC favorites like Geese, The Dare, Del Water Gap, Arcy Drive, and Lexa Gates join rising hometown acts. These acts include WHATMORE and The Backfires, and youth programs School of Rock Queens and Kids Rock for Kids.

Celebrating its momentum after its 15th anniversary year in 2025, Gov Ball remains a cornerstone of New York’s summer culture. With more than 60 artists across three stages, the festival offers an experience that’s easily accessible from all five boroughs. It’s less than 30 minutes away via the 7 train or Long Island Rail Road (LIRR).

Beyond the music, Gov Ball 2026 will once again showcase Queens’ world-class food scene with a curated lineup of local and gourmet vendors. Immersive fan experiences, photo ops, brand activations, and additional programming will be announced in the coming weeks.

New for 2026, Spotify and Gov Ball are teaming up for a first-of-its-kind in-app experience. Fans will be able to explore how their listening habits overlap with the Gov Ball lineup, receive a personalized “Festival Persona,” and generate a custom playlist pairing their top artists with new discoveries from the lineup.

Gov Ball’s commitment to community impact continues through the Gov Ball Gives Back initiative, supporting local and national non-profits such as Alliance for Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Chhaya CDC, Elmhurst Corona Resource Collaborative (ECRC), Headcount, This Must Be The Place, and Be The Match. The festival will again contribute capital improvements to Flushing Meadows–Corona Park, support cultural institutions like the Queens Theatre and Queens Museum, and expand sustainability efforts including free water stations, waste diversion, reusable cups, composting, and the Rock & Recycle program.

Parks are the heartbeat of our communities, and events like Governors Ball demonstrate how our public spaces can bring people together through shared cultural experiences… Flushing Meadows Corona Park has a rich history of hosting world-class events, and this festival continues that legacy while investing in capital improvements, partnering with Queens-based organizations, and implementing sustainable practices that protect our green spaces. We’re proud to see this partnership come to life in one of New York City’s most iconic parks.
NYC Parks Commissioner, Iris Rodriguez-Rosa
