Binghamton Philharmonic Hosts Annual “Winter Wonderland”

The Binghamton Philharmonic Orchestra will host its annual “Winter Wonderland” concert on December 6 at 3:30 p.m. at the Broome County Forum Theatre. The concert will feature traditional holiday music, a live screening of the classic animated film “The Snowman,” a carol singalong, a visit from Santa himself, and more. 

Binghamton annual “Winter Wonderland” will also feature a performance from the Vestal Voices, the elite choir from Vestal High School. Started in 1967, Vestal Voices is directed by Austin Kiley, a Vestal Voices alumnus. Vestal Voices has appeared with the Binghamton University Chamber Singers and the Southern Tier Singers Collective.

Founded by cellist and conductor Fritz Wallenberg and his wife, violinist Marienne Wallenberg, the Binghamton Philharmonic was founded in 1955 and has become the Southern Tier’s largest and longest-serving professional symphony orchestra. Today, the Binghamton Philharmonic serves up to 10,000 people annually through innovative, engaging, and affordable programming.
