GRAMMY Award-winning pop rock band Train have just announced their Drops of Jupiter: 25 Years in The Atmosphere Tour, which will tour North America in summer 2026, coming to 2 venues in New York.

Train, which consists of frontman Pat Monahan, bassist Hector Maldonado, keyboardist Jerry Becker, drummer Matt Musty, and (new addition) guitarist Butch Walker, will bring their 25 years of chart-topping hits to 2 NYS stops – Wantagh’s Northwell at Jones Beach Theater on July 18 and Saratoga Springs’ Saratoga Performing Arts Center on July 22. They’ll be accompanied by 2 stellar openers: multi-platinum-selling rock band Barenaked Ladies and renowned singer-songwriter Matt Nathanson.
As the tour’s name suggests, this tour will be in honor of the band’s iconic 2001 album Drops of Jupiter. The album, most known for its titular track (which has been named by Rolling Stone as one of he 250 Greatest Songs of the 21st Century So Far), propelled the band into superstardom. In the years since, they’ve become known for even more hits, such as “Hey, Soul Sister” and “Drive By.”
In anticipation of this milestone tour, Train have also announced they will release new music this spring. To celebrate this new music and the tour announcement, the band’s members will appear on the TODAY Show on Wednesday, November 12 and LIVE with Kelly and Mark on Thursday, November 13.
Train’s newest announcement was also celebrated by actor and comedian George Lopez, who recorded a special video message with frontman Monahan on USA TODAY to announce the tour, which you can watch below.
Presales will begin at various times (by city) from November 11-14, with the public on-sale beginning on November 14 at 10:00 a.m. For more information and to purchase tickets, click here.
