The Moldy Peaches Return to NYC’s Carnegie Hall for One Night Only

NYC’s anti-folk outfit The Moldy Peaches have announced their return to Carnegie Hall for a special one-night-only acoustic show on June 26, 2026 at 8:00 p.m.

The Moldy Peaches have quite a history. After forming as a duo in 1994, Kimya Dawson and Adam Green released their first self-titled album as The Moldy Peaches with Rough Trade Records in 2001. From there, they expanded into a six-piece live band, eventually adding members Brent Cole, Jack Dishel, Toby Goodshank, and Steven Martens to their official group.

Shortly after, The Moldy Peaches toured with indie icons The Strokes as special guests on their first ever world tour. Dawson and Green parted ways with the band in 2002 to focus on solo projects, though the band saw another uptick in popularity with the inclusion of the track “Anyone Else But You” in the GRAMMY Award-winning soundtrack of the acclaimed 2007 film Juno.

For years, The Moldy Peaches went on hiatus. 2022 finally saw them reunite for the first time in 11 years, as they performed “Anyone Else But You” at the Los Angeles premiere of rock documentary Meet Me in The Bathroom. In 2023, they played at London’s Roundhouse and Primavera Sound in Barcelona and Madrid, plus a pair of sold-out hometown headline shows at NYC’s Brooklyn Steel.

June 26’s Carnegie Hall concert will see the original duo of Adam Green and Kimya Dawson reunite at the Stern Auditorium and Perelman Stage, playing an intimate, acoustic set of songs from their Moldy Peaches canon. This will mark their first live performance together in over 3 years, with support coming from fellow anti-folk icon Paleface.

Ticket pre-sales begin on Wednesday, November 12 at 11:00 a.m. ET with the general on-sale beginning on Friday, November 14 at 11:00 a.m. ET, all of which you can access by clicking here.
