The Bronx County Historical Society (BCHS) and The Fox and King announced a very special pop-up exhibit, the “Uptown Rumble: Heavy Music in The Bronx” series, live at The Bronx Brewery.

The famous exhibit first opened at The Bronx County Historical Society in April, showcasing photographs, oral histories, and written accounts from Bronx heavy metal, hardcore punk, and hard rock bands and musicians from the late 1960s through the early 2000s. The exhibit was designed to document and preserve this piece of the borough’s music history.

“Uptown Rumble” will feature four heavy-hitting New York-based bands, custom flash tattoos, local vendors, and memorabilia from iconic rock bands in The Bronx.

The exhibit is now on display at The Museum of Bronx History through November and is free for all patrons. The Fox and King’s pop-up show will run from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 15th, with tickets on sale now for $5 on POSH and on the day of the show.
