The Lake George Arts Project has announced the return of the Jazz at the Lake festival in Lake George. It will happen September 12-14 at Shepard Park.
Going into the event’s 41st year, the occasion is undoubtedly one of the Northeast’s exceptional jazz festivals. Giving fans two days of great music performances in one of the most beautiful scenes you can imagine and bringing together some of the most skilled jazz musicians from around the world. This festival is one of the longest lasting jazz festivals in the country.

Jazz at the Lake is certainly a representation of the love fans have for the genre. With Lake George hosting a free, three day festival for jazz lovers, bringing in thousands of fans every year across the globe.
“For over four decades, Jazz at the Lake has exemplified the Lake George Arts Project’s mission to present world-class arts programming that is both accessible and impactful.” Said Tanya Tobias, Executive Director of the Lake George Arts Project. “We are honored to continue this tradition in 2025, offering a festival that not only showcases the extraordinary breadth and depth of contemporary jazz but also contributes meaningfully to the cultural and economic vitality of the Lake George region.”
This year’s selection of artists contains a mixture of Jazz icons, prodigies and innovators. Including Sara Caswell Quartet also Matt Wilson’s Honey & Salt, Alfredo Rodriguez Trio, Jeremy Pelt Quintet, Lucia, Edmar Castaneda Quartet, David Gilmore Quartet, Trio Grande and many more at Jazz at the Lake.

Friday, September 12
- 6:00 P.M – Sara Caswell Quartet will open up the festival
- 7:30 P.M – Jazz Around Town includes artists at The Caldwell Library, Mezzaluna, The Barnsider, The Lighthouse, and The Inn of Lake George
Saturday, September 13
- 10:00 A.M – Coffee & Jazz at Hello Sunshine Bagel Bistro with Dylan Perrillo & Tyler Giroux
- 1:00 P.M to 7:00 P.M – Main stage performances by Matt Wilson’s Honey & Salt, Lucia, Jeremy Pelt Quintet, and Alfredo Rodriguez Trio
Sunday, September 14
- 10:30 A.M – Jazz at the Lake Cruise On Waterfront Cruises’ Adirondac, with The Arch Stanton Quartet
- 1:00 P.M to 5:00 P.M – Last day of concerts with Trio Grande, David Gilmore Quartet and Edmar Castaneda Quartet
All performances will be on the Shepard Park stage and are open to the public.
