Nacre Dance Group Hosts Open Auditions for 2025-2026 Season

Nacre Dance Group of Saratoga Springs will host an open audition for their upcoming dance season. With three unique performance opportunities across the 2025-2026 season, dancers will have the chance to collaborate with seasoned choreographers and perform in high-profile productions across the region. 

Nacre Dance Group will host an open audition on Sunday, September 14. The auditions will feature three different performances for dancers to take part in.

Open auditions for Nacre Dance Group will take place on Sunday, September 14, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the Lewis A. Swyer Studios at the SPAC School of the Arts. Auditions are open to pre-professional and professional dancers (teen through adult).

Dancers may be considered for one, two, or all three programs, based on their availability.

Christmas Ontario will take place on Sunday, December 14, with two performances at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. This performance will take place in Universal Preservation Hall.

Exploring the romantic and expressive works of modern dance icon Isadora Duncan, Many Faces of Love – Isadora Duncan will take place in February 2026.

Lastly, in honor of Mother’s Day, Mother of Modern Dance: Doris Humphrey is a heartfelt celebration of the women who shaped the foundations of modern dance. This performance will take place in May 2026.

Dancers who are interested should complete the audition form and submit an advance $20 audition fee at https://www.nacredance.org/open-audition.
