Rock and Roll Hall of Fame members Foreigner will celebrate their 50th anniversary with a landmark performance on Ellis Island on September 6, filmed on a closed set for a 2026 documentary, and produced by Vertigo Live Productions.

These songs and more will come to life again in an intimate, cinematic performance featuring original lead singer Lou Gramm and surprise guests. Filmed where the story of modern America began, this filmed concert places one of rock’s most iconic bands at the gateway to the American Dream, with the Statue of Liberty as a symbolic backdrop.

Vertigo Live redefines live music experiences by capturing legendary artists in iconic locations. Each performance is designed as a cinematic experience first, featuring exclusive live events and immersive concert films. Past collaborations include Duran Duran: A Hollywood High, a performance set against the backdrop of the Capitol Tower and LA skyline; the forthcoming KALEO: Viva Roma – In the Shadow of the Colosseum, which features the band performing in front of the world’s most iconic arena, Rome’s Colosseum; and Billy Idol: State Line, a global first staged against the architectural Hoover Dam.
This is not a traditional concert, but a filmed production on a closed set, captured for global release. Attendees are limited to just 250 guests, who will appear in the finished film. Mobile devices will be sealed during filming, and waivers will be required to attend.
