Electric Brew Music Festival to Close Out Summer Festival Season

The Electric Brew Music Festival will return for its second year, saying goodbye to the summer festival season with a full day of live music. This year’s collaborative dance music festival is on September 6 from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Bronx Brewery in the heart of the South Bronx.

Electric Brew is set to feature an impressive lineup of over a dozen regional and local emerging DJs talents, playing a diverse range of genres from EDM and house to socal and perreo.

Festivalgoers can also enjoy a wide variety of cuisines paired with ice-cold beverages and purchase goods from local vendors all while enjoying the distinctive style of Latin flare.

The Fox & The King founder Michael Fernando and Sounds & Sirens founder DJ Mike Nickerson are joining forces once again to produce Electric Brew through their partnered production company Sirens & Kings, following another successful co-collaboration of Bronx Summer Jam, which was held earlier this summer.

Electric Brew will be separated into two stages, Bronx Brewery’s main backyard stage and their boiler room brewery stage; the Kings Stage and the Sirens Stage.

This year’s featured talent heading the Kings Stage includes born and raised Bronx native DJ Sunny Cheeba, Caribbean anime party Shonen Pump, self-described sonic healer Disco Curandera. Also taking the Kings Stage is DJ F1rstClass, afro-inspired musical curator Curly Nez and dubstep DJ Scott Phox.

Artist and performer Rainey is also set to make a special guest appearance at Electric Brew.
