First Concert Announced in de Blasiis Chamber Series

First concert announced in de Blasiis Chamber Series 2025-26 Season features cellist Leland Ko and pianist Adria Ye on Sunday, September 21. The performance will take place at 3pm in the Helen Froehlich Auditorium at the Hyde Collection in Glens Falls. 

The Glens Falls Symphony recently presented their 24th Annual Independence Day Summer Pops Concert on July 3.

Having performed as a soloist and chamber musician in venues across America and abroad, Leland Ko first attended Princeton University, followed by the Juilliard School and the New England Conservatory of Music. Ko is the first prize winner of the Concours Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal, the Concert Artists Guild Louis and Susan Meisel Competition and the Walter W. Naumburg International Cello Competition.

Adria Ye made her orchestral debut at nine with the Oregon Sinfonietta. She has performed as a soloist and chamber musician across Europe, China, and the United States. Most recently, Ye was the recipient of the Paul Streit Special Prize at the 2022 Concours de Genéve. She also won the 2022 Music Academy of the West Solo Piano Competition. Ye earned her Bachelor and Master degrees at the Juilliard School with Yoheved Kaplinsky and Julian Martin. She earned a Graduate Diploma at the New England Conservatory with Wha-Kyung Byun.
