Fridays At The Lake returns this summer to Lake George, featuring a must-see lineup of performers who promise a little something for all music lovers.
One of the most popular summer music series in the region, Fridays At the Lake is an annual, free for all to attend event, held from July 4 to August 29 this year.
Headlining the first show of this beloved concert series is the capital region’s premier party band, The Refrigerators. Officially kicking off Fridays At The Lake is A Blast, featuring lead singer Kevin Brandow, followed by an impressive fireworks display to commemorate the holiday.
Fridays At The Lake features weekly concerts held in Shepard Park in Lake George. Opening acts are set to perform from 6 p.m. to 7:10 p.m., with each week’s show officially kicking off at 7:30 p.m. and running for two hours until 9:30 p.m.
This year’s festivities are slated to host an impressively wide variety of performers for all music fans to enjoy.

Fridays At The Lake will also feature performances from the high energy musical ensemble Soul Session and Albany-based acoustic duo Yellow Dog on July 11. The following week, Bluz House Rockers, a cover band made of veteran musicians who have performed for nearly three decades and dance band NY Players takes the stage on July 18.
Other performances throughout Friday At The Lake’s summer-long run include Beatles Tribute Band Across the Pond on August 1, live entertainment innovator The Accents on August 8 and four-piece 90s cover band Flannel Kings on August 22. Rounding out this year’s Fridays At The Lake summer music festival on August 29 is roots and blues band Lost Wages and 10-piece horn and party band Ten Most Wanted.
Featured this year is Kelly’s Angels: Summer Lovin Fun Fest, a three-day festival held July 24 to 26 to increase awareness around and raise funds for area children who have lost a family member to cancer. Also featured this year is Rockin For Ronald: RHMC, a two-day festival held August 1 to 2 to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities, specifically Krantz Cottage in local Lake George.
