The legendary band left a lasting influence on musicians and fans of the jam scene. Their prominent humor, solid grooves and potent jams create an extraordinary experience at every live show.
The Ominous Seapods’ persistently toured across the country in the 1990’s and into the 2000’s. The constant exposure afforded the band the creation of a devoted fan base that still stands strong today.

The band temporarily disbanded in 2001, but they decided to reassemble after a number of successful reunion shows. They have continued to offer limited performances to specific markets performing material from three studio albums, select covers, and periodic new material.
The band includes original touring members Max Verna, Tom Pirozzi, Brian Mangini and Ted Marotta, while fifth member, Dana Monteith, currently resides in Australia.
Ominous Seapods will perform a free show on the patio of The Waterhole from 6-10pm on Saturday, July 12.
