The Up The River Blues Festival is a free concert held at Louis Engel Waterfront Park in Ossining. The festival celebrates and honors the richness of blues music with performances from local, national and international blues artists. In addition to live music entertainment, festivalgoers can also enjoy food trucks, craft beer and a variety of vendors.

Kicking off the Up the River Blues Festival is New York born and raised blues singer and guitarist King Solomon Hicks. New York State Blues Hall of Fame Inductee Willa Vincitore takes the stage as the front woman of her band, Willa & Company, followed by The Traveling Riverside Blues Band, whose sound draws from acoustic/electric blues, folk and roots genres.
