Hudson West Music Fest Returns With Dynamic Artist Lineup

The Hudson West Music Fest returns this fall with an impressive lineup of local and national talents taking the stage.

This year’s festival kicks off on September 13 at the Nimbus Arts Center in Jersey City, offering visitors an all-day, completely free musical experience. Since its founding in 2016, Hudson West Music Fest has been showcasing the talents of Americana, folk & roots artists across North America.

The festival features two performance areas, one stage within the Nimbus Arts Center and another outside stage in the expanded street festival, featuring performances from a variety of Americana, folk, country, blues and roots artists.

Artists taking the stage at this year’s festival include Grammy-nominated alternative rocker Amythyst Kiah, Appalachian Americana singer-songwriter Dori Freeman, New York based violinist Christina Courtin, a rock-folk collaboration between Alice Howe and Freebo, and many more as the festival’s full lineup has yet to be released.

Other activities this year’s festival offers include free music workshops, music jams and a variety of ethnic foods for visitors to enjoy throughout the festivities.
