R&B star Mario and hip-hop legend Jadakiss will headline this year’s All About Us festival on Juneteenth in Jersey City, NJ, promising a nostalgic celebration curated for multi-generational joy.

Now in its third year, the All About Us festival is a vibrant celebration of Black culture, family and freedom. The one-day event blends iconic performances with experiences across music, food, and art.
Robin S, Kenny Bobien, Ted Smooth, and other featured artists will also perform, adding even more energy and soul to a day already packed with culture, music, and community.
Beyond the festivities, the event is rooted in its mission to honor Black history, celebrate Black culture, and empower Black futures. Organizers aim to carry this out through four main pillars of honoring, celebrating, amplifying, and fostering Black voices and contributions, ultimately creating a long-lasting legacy.
“From the moment you walk in, it’s going to feel like joy,” Shannon Mitchell, founder of the All About Us Festival said. “We created this space to remind us of what freedom looks like—being together, being seen, and celebrating who we are. Black history is American history, and this day is for all of us.”

Festival attendees can expect performances spanning multiple genres, along with food trucks, kid-friendly fun, art activations and shopping from Black-owned brands.
There’s something for everyone at the All About Us festival. It’s more than just a festival—it’s a movement within Black culture.
The festival takes place from 12-8 p.m. on Juneteenth at the Green Ring in Liberty State Park, Jersey City, NJ. Tickets are available here.
