Country star Hailey Whitters will headline the Ellicottville Summer Music Festival on July 5 at Holiday Valley Resort in Ellicottville.

The Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter will deliver a standout performance in the scenic foothills of Western New York. Known for her lyrical depth and alluring stage presence, Whitters offers a rich blend of country music. Her show promises both storytelling and energy, which is perfect for a summer night under the stars.
Whitters, originally from Shueyville, Iowa, has built her career from the ground up. After moving to Nashville at 17, she spent years grinding in the background. She has written for several country greats before breaking out with her 2020 album The Dream. Since then, she’s taken the country music scene by storm, earning acclaim from Rolling Stone and The Washington Post. Additionally, fans have lovingly dubbed her the “Corn Queen.”
Whitters’ latest album, Corn Queen, channels the grit and heart that have shaped her career. Produced by her husband and longtime collaborator Jake Gear, the record combines sharp songwriting with a sound that bridges classic country and contemporary flair. It’s a tribute to small-town life, resilience, and the strength found in staying rooted.
The Ellicottville Summer Music Festival will take place on July 4–6 with a packed weekend of live entertainment and community celebration. Festivities kick off Friday with the Battle of the Bands, leading into Saturday night’s headlining performance by Hailey Whitters. On Sunday, the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra will perform a special set of Harry Potter music, followed by a fireworks finale.
