Blue Note Jazz Festival has announced the 2025 lineup, running from May 27 through July 2 and numerous venues around New York City.
Among the artists featured on the lineup are Grace Jones & Janelle Monaé , beginning with an incredible pairing – Grace Jones & Janelle Monaé – leading the way for more than 40 acts from the world of jazz, rap, soul, funk, rock, and much more. Jones and Monaé will perform on June 9 at the Prospect Park Bandshell, part of BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! Festival.
Jazz legend Branford Marsalis and Charles Lloyd will perform at Town Hall on June 28, while Warren G and Chris Rob and a live band take the stage at Blue Note on June 16.
“This is one of our strongest lineups to date and I’m so proud of the series we have curated this year,” said Alex Kurland, director of programming and talent buying for Blue Note. “These artists represent some of the best in jazz, soul and contemporary music and their participation this year speaks to the strength of the Blue Note brand.”
The festival kicks off on May 27 at Sony Hall with the James Moody 100th Birthday Celebration featuring Madeleine Peyroux, Christian McBride, Randy Brecker, Terri Lyne Carrington, Paquito D’Rivera & more.

Concerts will take place at Blue Note, Sony Hall, SummerStage in Central Park, BRIC’s Celebrate Brooklyn, The Town Hall and National Sawdust.
Tickets for Blue Note Jazz Fest 2025 shows go on sale Friday, April 4 at 10 AM.
