Renowned children’s music artist Laurie Berkner is bringing her Greatest Hits Concert to Upstate New York, with performances in Rochester on March 29 and Albany on March 30.

Berkner, named the “queen of kids’ music” by People magazine, has been an influential figure in the children’s music industry for over 25 years. Known for her infectious energy and imaginative songs, she has captivated generations of young listeners.
The Rochester concert will take place at The Theater at Innovation Square at 11 a.m. Meanwhile, Albany will host two shows at The Egg, Empire State Plaza, at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. These venues hold special significance to Berkner, who says, “These are both such wonderfully family-friendly places to play, and I can’t wait to swim like fish and march like dinosaurs with everyone who comes to the shows!”
Fans can expect a mix of beloved classics and newer favorites, including “Victor Vito,” “Pig On Her Head,” “We Are The Dinosaurs,” and “Waiting for the Elevator.” Laurie Berkner also just released her newest single, “Everyone’s Demanding Bananas,” which concertgoers may hear live alongside her greatest hits.

Professional dancer Michelle Esch will accompany Berkner onstage, bringing an exciting visual dimension to the performance. Through expressive choreography and interactive movements, she will elevate the audience’s experience. Her presence will encourage kids to dance along, making the show even more immersive and engaging for families.
Rochester tickets range from $49.18 to $75.42, with $0.75 per ticket benefiting Daystar Kids. Albany tickets are $25 to $35, with $1 per ticket supporting Environmental Advocates NY. Fans can also purchase meet-and-greet passes for $50, giving them a chance to meet Berkner after the show.
