Billy Joel has announced a one-night-only concert with two-time Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Rod Stewart at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx on Friday, July 18.
With their powerful discographies and array of accolades, Joel and Stewart are expected to perform their greatest hits and deliver an unforgettable night.
Joel will be the first artist to perform at both the original and newly updated Yankee Stadium. The native New Yorker’s 1985 album, Greatest Hits Vol. 1 & 2 is one of the best-selling albums in the United States. As a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Joel has spent the past five decades of his life devoting himself to writing music and advocating for music education.
Sir Rod Stewart’s signature voice and style has landed him as one of the most successful and best-selling artists in recorded music history. Within the past five decades of his music career, he has released ten No. 1 albums, 31 Top 10 singles in the U.K., a Top 20 Global Concert Tour of 2024 with his world tour, “One Last Time,” and more. Stewart will continue the “One Last Time” tour in 2025 in North America and Europe, plus a new Las Vegas residency at the The Colosseum at Caesars Palace starting in March 2025 called “The Encore Shows.”
