Get ready for a spooktacular time at the Cap. This year marks the fifth annual Phil Lesh Halloween show at The Capitol Theatre, dubbed as Phil-O-Ween. He’ll be performing with his friends in the Terrapin Family Band. Special guests include Nicki Bluhm and Robert Randolph. The fun begins at 8 p.m. on Oct. 31.
